Ok guys heres the list and a reminder of the rules.

One mod per person, please complete in as timely a fashion as possible. Once your done, ship to the next guy on the list. you can either message me for their info or them directly. Shipping will be done priority mail with delivery confirmation AND INSURANCE. You can mod whatever you want, but nothing that was already done by a previous guy. Remember this is also a contest and the winner will be chosen by a bladeforum poll by who does the best mod/addition.

*I wanted to strip the knife before it went out,but my stripper didnt work on it so Im giving that job to the first guy up, which is Slapper. sorry you got a little extra work my man.*

I'm out, no one wants to add 12 weeks waiting time and no one wants to pay 60$ for shipping. I'll fork in some money to buy the knives.

Meat you can play. There is no time frame on this. And ill pay the shipping. Hell ill make an exception for you, if you can get ahold of a stock bk7 over there, ill send you the $ for it (after my vacation) and you can be the start of one team. You guys trade in farfenugans right? :D anyways that means you will need to strip it, then do your mod, then send it to the next guy on the team. I don't want to exclude anyone who wants in.

a] may wanna consider leaving them unstripped; gives newbies a chance to participate and do a simple mod

I'm in, unless it goes over 16 volunteers, then I'm fine with giving someone else a chance at the glory.

I have access to a lot of rhinestones. Does bedazzling count as a mod? :confused:
 
Bump so it doesn't get lost. Signups will run until sept 4th. If we don't get enough interest for 2 knives, we will still do a collaboration, but with one knife and it will be given to one who participates instead, although I think the original idea is a nice idea to give back. so those who signed up don't worry we will be doing it regardless


AND FOR THOSE WHO DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MODDING YET, DON'T FRET, THIS IS A CHANCE FOR A PRACTICE ROUND WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S KNIFE :D YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK FOR A SIMPLER MOD AND ITS A GREAT WAY TO GET YOUR FOOT IN THE MODDING DOOR. BELIEVE ME, ONE GOOD MOD AND YOUR HOOKED.
 
Ok guys 6 signups ain't bad. But while I was on vacation I had somewhat of an epiphany. Why take a brand new blade and screw with it, why not take a neglected one and make it beautiful again? We are going to restore and mod a beat up bk7 instead of modding a new one. Yours truly went out and found a camillus desert bk7 that the guy beat up. We are going to restore it to its glory by modding it. Please pm or email me your addresses and ill get the list set up. When the blade gets here, it'll get shipped out. Thanks for all those participating.
 
Sorry, it's what I wanted to say. Anyway, got a pic of this victim....er, I mean patient? It may help us plan before it gets here if we see what we'll be workin' with.
