The Official Lanyard Thread

Been sitting on this bead for the right blade, think it compliments the Cheburkov nicely 😄

My taste has change compared to when I first started making lanyards. Now I find that simple, conservative, and compact do it for me.

It's nice to get crazy too every once in a while. Bigger lanyards tend to look better on bigger folders. But for this Para 3, short and sweet is the way to go.

A friend sent his knife up to get it sharpened a bit and to have a special lanyard made. This one has a large diamond knot near the handle, I used just one of the lanyard holes so the paracord didn't thicken the handle as much. And then a Viking rune bead with a loop of paracord that you can slip your hand into and then cinch up the loop using the bead by sliding it up to your wrist.

After a first attempt that needed some expert coaching: the ManBug is finally sporting a worthy tail..Thanks Gary!

I decided to dress up my Tops Mini-Scandi folder.
I think my knots are getting better; but I still need to clean up the final cutting and sealing...
