Yeah... 3" 0562CF would be perfect Bld522!!! Count my name in!

It would do one other thing, Kurniadion . . . protect Rick's flank from the antics of the 3.0" XM secondary market scalpers. As someone pointed out to me in a PM, the advent of the 0562CF has sent the secondary market scallywags in the 3.5" arena scurrying to unload their overpriced booty. It would do my heart good to see the 3.0" scalpers face the same fate.

Can you still use the blade stops like regular thumb studs if you want without the flipper getting in the way?.

I have no issues using the stops like a stud. Just have to keep your booger picker off of the lock bar. I have found I can use the flipper wherever I have my hand, but if I use the stops it is necessary to keep your fingers off of the lock bar totally.

I had a few drinks at a football tailgate party yesterday, and on the way home I was opening the knife with the blade stops with no issue whatsoever. Flung open like an auto or assisted opener.

Today, sober, I could barely do it! :)

Does anyone know if the liner on the G10 side is titanium or steel? Lots of different answers on the interwebs.

Just as I figured. Wish it would have been titanium so it could be anodized. Oh well. Just need someone to whip up some titanium liners now 😉

Probably because using the blade stops as thumbstuds would have required weakening the detent. I, for one, am glad the blade stops DON'T work that way.

The 0562 is a flipper, boys and girls. It's designed to be opened using its flipper. If you don't like opening your flippers using their flippers, why buy flippers in the first place?

I ask myself the same question every time I consider buying a flipper. I was lucky enough to get a Hinderer xm 3.5 flipper at Blade this year. A very well made knife with a smooth opening with the studs, but frankly a poor flipper due to the weak detente. Just the way I like it. The flipper can be used with wrist action but the thumb opening is excellent.
My flipper with the best combination of flipping action and thumb opening is the Spyderco Southard. It shows that a knife can do both well. Suspect the Domino is the same.

Could someone post a side by side comparison with the 0562 and a 3.5 Xm-18? Thanks ;)

Mine should be delivered today ......only six more hours until I clock out its going to drag

Those shots have been done multiple times in this very thread. Go back and find 'em. Thanks. ;)

Ive been through all the pages, don't see any side by side comparisons with a 3.5 Xm.

There was also a separate thread here in General which did a head to head comparison.

Anyway you can post the link for me? Ive tried searching but can't seem to find the thread. Thanks ;)

Frankly, no. Your repeated use of the wink smiley translates your request as "I'm too lazy to do my own search, so please do it for me. Can you go ahead and get right on that? Thanks, wink!"

So my wink relates to me being lazy? I have tried searching, and stated I can't find the thread anywhere. It was a simple request if anyone had a comparison shot, could they please post one. I don't understand what your getting so offensive for. Whats your deal?
