I got it from a store in virgina and I live in California
one pound commercial price priority mail 3 day
I'm not too upset I'm enjoying the 562cf way too much

The 0562 and 0562CF are both in stock at the moment, but most of the places that have them run out quickly because they don't get very many at a time. Right now the Elmax 562 is pretty easy to find but I have only found one online shop with the CF in stock.

There is not one place online that I frequent that have either one in stock...
 
I ordered one from a website that led me to believe they had it in stock and then I got an email saying they would contact me when they knew their expected arrival date to their store!
Not happy!
 
Put your order in and relax Im guessing you have plenty of knives to carry while you wait. They will make them as fast as they can.
 
Exactly. 0562s and 0562CFs are open production knives, not LEs. They'll be plenty go around. It's only a matter of time . . .
 
0562CF is not in stock there anymore - once you put it in your cart there's a message that tells you there are none in-house and it will need to be ordered...

I just picked up the 0562 a few weeks ago, making it something like my 12th(?) ZT folder and it's easily my favorite model thus far. Great ergonomics, flips open easily, locks tight, and I love the grind.

I placed my order about 5 minutes ago and it took it...I must have snagged the last one!

While I have several flippers, I usually open them by thumb when working with them. I mostly use the flipper when I m playing with them. A flipper than can not be opened by thumb stud/hole is of little interest to me.

They aren't THUMB STUDS! They are BLADE STOPS! They were never intended to open the knife by design.
