Went to see my uncle in Arizona laborday weekend, and did a couple short hikes.

That's a really great one Lambertiana, thanks for sharing.

That picture was taken from our campsite (at 10,900'). The stars that night were absolutely incredible, which I was not expecting because of the smoky haze that you can see, due to a wildfire a couple hundred miles away. If you like this kind of country, I still have space on my permit for an 8 day 65 mile loop that I will be doing in the northern end of Kings Canyon NP in August.....

Glad you like them, Stekman. This summer I'll be going on two weeklong trips, one in Sequoia and the other in Kings Canyon, to places I haven't seen yet. I'll have a lot more pictures at the end of August.

For today, I'll borrow a picture from my brother, since I didn't have a digital camera on that trip.
