An Electrician from forum member greg c is how I contracted a serious case of Alox pox! And after seeing the photos of colored Electricians, my symptoms are even more severe :eek:

I love my silver Alox, but I'm going to have to figure out how to obtain the "secret knowledge" that's needed to track down some Alox of a different color! (Although it sounds like I'll need a bunch of cash in addition to "secret knowledge" :D)

Lovely alox and no knock at you sak guy but I favor the regular shield. All my colored alox have them I wish my silver harvester didn't sport the red shield. Just personal thing, might be borderline OCD.

That's cool! :thumbup: I have just looked at red ALOX for so long that the red looks right to me but none are wrong, just different.

I have some with plain shields too.

I prefer th red shield on silver, black, red, and dark/hunter/khaki greens; otherwise, I'm with the Captain.
 
Thanks I've come down with a severe case of alox pox. Sak Guy and Alnamvet68 your pics are what made me seek these fine tools.
 
^Beauties!!! God I need some minty old red cross or any old cross for that matter. What I really want is an old electrician or pioneer the color doesn't matter.
