WOW...a Viking cue. I shoot a bit of pool myself, and those are very nice sticks!

Since no ones interest was sparked by my offer of bicycle parts...

I need to give my Walgoose Deception a little work in order to start riding again and a few components left something to be desired when I used to ride it. May I bug you later when/ if I start scrounging for parts (completely outside the PIF thread as a purchase/trade) sometime in the near future? The bike isn't even in the same city as me right now and I'm not sure when I will be able to get around to tinkering on it. It is back in my parent's barn in storage.

Sure, go ahead and email me whenever.
I will say though, make sure to save the parts after that walgoose stops being financially responsible to fix, for your next project because even the lowend parts I have will be nicer than the OEM parts usually...

I got a box today and I want to give a huge thank you to Tankerwolf.

As a disabled Veteran, one that has lost friends in combat, And had my life changed completely from the experience it goes a very long way when someone actually shows they are thankful for our service. There is nothing more depressing than coming home after serving your country to being judged and discriminated against, and the feeling of loosing friends for what others treat as nothing.

Tankerwolf included a Thank you card with his gift to me, the card is now hanging with photos of my family and it truly touched me. Something others may consider a small deal, to me is a huge and very generous gift, and makes me PROUD I served and proud of my injuries and scars. Just knowing that there are people who are truly appreciative for our sacrifices makes it easy to hold our heads high with pride.

Now not only did he include a heart felt card, he also threw in a couple gifts I was not expecting at all, An awesome fishing knife, and a super cool multi-tool with a LED flashlight built in. The fishing knife will be displayed in its amazing box, and the multi-tool will be going on my belt, Its very nice looking, so it might be hard to use at first lol but I love the little tool, love the wood looking handles and love the size and weight of it as well!

The fish cleaning set will also get used, hopefully a VERY VERY lot and hopefully on some HUGE bluegills cats and bass LMAO :D

Tankerwolf, thank you my friend! I was touched and very grateful for your generosity!

without further Adieu,

Wow, quite a kit.

Sounds perfect. I was a bit older than him when I got this knife but I used it quite a bit back then; cutting and sharpening samplings making spears and bows, stuff like that. It was screaming sharp when I first got it, I bled on it the first day, so I know it can take a keen edge. But it can also take some abuse and the rubber handle, though not pretty, makes it super grippy. You can probably get a generic nylon sheath for cheap.
PM or email me your address; cgermany81@yahoo.com

Email sent. Well, it will be under supervision. He's got a cheapo imitation SAK and does pretty good with it. As long as he's sitting down and with an adult, I'm sure he'll be fine. He's one of those well adjusted kids...don't know how he ended up with me. LOL

If he can handle a Chinese SAK, he can handle any knife.

Those were my 1st as a kid too and I'm convinced that the many times it closed on my fingers was due to the weak back spring but I now know how to handle slippies and friction folders in a way that they won't fold on me.

So yes ready :) lol.

Get him a less dangerous SAK too :D

there was one fella in particular looking for a fixed blade (i believe he let go of a folder in hopes of picking one up). does anyone know if he ever get one?...if not I think I can help the guy out. ok, y'all can go ahead and call me lazy, but I really don't want to sort thru the thread's 1,357,654 pages to find out. :D

I was thinking that maybe we should start a new thread, just to get a clean less cluttered start.

Just so you all know, these fine items are still available.

This Parka Woolrich Parka in size large. I wear a Medium in Carhartt and it fits me. 5'10 195lbs (Crown and Eye patch not included)

And this fillet knife. (light and seal pup are already gone to new owners)
