I wish someone would give us a comprehensive unbiased comparison between the three big guns Kershaw/ZT has been producing, the Tilt, 0560/1, and the 0777.
Its basically all the KVT knives. Compare and contrasting: function, design, materials, steels, etc. . .
Obviously the 0777 is on top from what I have seen so far, if not strictly based on cool new innovative features, materials, and obviously the design speaks for itself (good enough to imitate). The ZT name on the 0777 means it should surpass the Tilt?
I think the Tilt comes in a very close second, its a knife for a different purpose/use, not as flashy, more down to business, until you dig into details. Definitely the flagship for the Kershaw banner.
I have only seen pictures of a 0560/1 (and 0777) but it looks like one the best pocket clips to come out of Tualatin for low riding (except the Volt or 0777, 0500?). The stonewashed finish is great and the 3D textured grips too. Its the KVT entry level knife, and will probably be the mainstay for a while. Its like getting a custom knife at a factory affordable price, nice!
I wonder what the future holds for KVT?
I personally really appreciate the update and it was completely not required or expected (we do nag and ask a lot of Q's), it was a nice surprise and let us all know to start saving up for the next big thing. Thats going above and beyond the call of duty!
