The Oregon Knife Show, 2023!!!

There is that.

🤔

i suppose its like blade? Ive read you can always just ship the knives out, there is a usps easily accessible. That would be really convenient especially for a convention of that size. The NYCKS is much smaller, so I dont recall that service being offered when i had attended.

"I know a hawk from a handsaw...."

Or is this a Hitchcock allusion?
Vince, for me it was a Hitchcock allusion.:thumbsup:🤓
I wasn't even aware of the Hamlet connection until I googled your quote.:thumbsup::cool: And then I ran into serious Shakespeare commentators who went on and on about whether "hawk" and "handsaw" were both birds or whether both were tools!o_O:eek: I'm in way over my head! And I never dreamed that the title of the Hitchcock film may have been inspired by a fuller version of this quote from Hamlet (although Hitchcock apparently debunked that view).
Who knew that pocket knives could lead to so much knowledge/speculation???

While there are many great knife shows throughout the United States, the Eugene show has always been my favorite.
A huge selection of knives is certainly a draw, but the wonderful people who put on that show and all who set up there really make it a first class event.
I look forward to seeing my old friends as well as new ones in a few days.

I hope you guys and gals take lots of pictures for those of us who can’t go. I haven’t been to a knife show since I was a kid. Was always one of my favorite things to do besides rock and mineral shows.
