I think Lauri does sell a Tommi style blank, although I've never seen it in a finished knife. It's not a super high saber but it's much better than the average scandi grind.

Edit: I spoke too soon. Lauri makes "Rhombic Puukko" blanks, some of which are sold in finished condition. Is that adequate for a tommi style, or am I confused?

They do ,it’s stainless though,I have a Ahti with that blade,kelly

They have carbon rhomboids as well, you can just notice it better in stainless
