what time period? I don't know of a single LEO that doesn't carry when off duty...I certainly did....hell, many departments now have policy requiring officers to be armed
For your info 50-90's. Not all departments require carry and not all allow off-duty carry outside their jurisdiction. Things may have changed but don't assume the worst of someone because their experience differs from yours.

They are a legal statute. You can be fired without recourse and charged with criminal trespass.
