I did try.
My comp finish HR2 (so no added thickness from coating) is thicker and just tall enough that I didn’t want to force too much. It was both too thick and too tall for the plastic insert. However, I didn’t try making a new insert. I had considered making a half insert - only protecting the edge side, leaving the spine side half exposed, which just might give a tight enough fit in the nylon sheath.

Look at the pic at the bottom of the first post. They are magnum but sanded a little rounder. Should be a very comfortable in-between. I expect they will feel fantastic with the thinner stock INFI.

Feels much more refined than the older fusion magnum handles. Better contour, and no immediately noticeable “hot spots”
Although I have never put these new ones on FF9 through its paces yet.
Can’t wait to beat the AFBM, and see what she’s got.

Definitely one of the most exciting releases in a decade.

I got dinged back on the 10th, I thought they dinged ya right before shipment. Does that mean it will be in my hands soon or have they decided to ding before they make these things? I really hope it will be in my hand soon, I was expecting q1 of 23

Generally it means 2 weeks until shipping out from my experience.

On my TGULB order, it was a month or better after I paid before it shipped. ymmv
 
Well the last few I ordered I got dinged and then a shipping notification almost during the same week. Was just wondering if they changed their billing methods or if they already had some ready and perhaps I ordered early enough for those. I placed my order pretty much at release within a minute or so.

I was told that they were recently very backlogged (I think because of the OMG-15 and SR-101 issues) which caused those timelines to double. It should normally be the two weeks after the charge before you get a tracking number. Who can say here though without checking with the shop first.

They usually beat up your CC about 10 business days before shipping. You still have time on the clock 🤙
