The " Roosters " are crowing for the " Farmers"

2025 farmers jacks. 3 handle choices. Stag, ebony, and smooth white bone. All with the bar shield.

Unfortunately not all steel. View attachment 2789425View attachment 2789426View attachment 2789427I really like the smooth white bone. Every piece I’ve seen is beautiful. I have seen no specks , just milky white.
I like them all!😁
The ebony's have all been jet black and the stags vary, but they have a shield! I'm pleased.
Well done Lyle!!
Oh boy what a amazing release!! of all the times for me to be saving to get over there!

How could you choose???? The eyes keep going back to the Stag though!

Congratulations my friend. Pure Wow factor there!

White bone for the win in my books, but all beauties.

Is the jigged bone a NYK?

One of my favorites Jack.

I've got this Empire in the mail .

It looks almost exactly like this Shapleigh made

Good eye Lyle. Yes sir, its a NYK Hammer Brand. Here's a closer pic of the stamps. The main stamp is a bit chewed up.

The empire is a dandy but.. that Shapleigh is an absolute stunner😍. Everything on it is classic. The fat belly hawkbill, an exaggerated swedge, rattail bolsters with a Federal shield is beautiful.

I have a another NYK jigged farmer you'd appreciate. It's still fresh and has the fattest budding blade. I'll post it here in a few.

I have a OVB HSB that looks very similar. I'm not at my computer and I can't retrieve the picture. That's an excellent knife you know I'd love to trade for.😁

That secondary is what I asked Bill to pattern the GEC farmers jacks after!

It's in this thread here:

That's an absolute beauty Lyle. Unfortunately, the NYK is one I could never part with. A close friend gifted it to me because he knew how much I loved the pattern.

I mainly collect AG and working knives. I'm a late bloomer to traditional collecting, so I'm at 20 ish farmers compared to your 250 😊.

I did see the spread of farmers you posted on here. It's by far the most impressive collection I've seen anywhere in the knife world! And it's flattering to know I have one thats worthy to be in "The Man's" collection!

Nice example Paul.

What a good friend. It's definitely more than worthy and if ever....😁 I've seen some French ivory ones , but we have the only bone examples I've seen with that style secondary blade in them.

It's good to know the rarity of this one. If it ever needs re homed you know who its going too😁.

It was a pleasure to chat a little bit with you and see some beautiful examples from your collection. Also, thank you for keeping your Lick Creek FJ's going. You're doing the lords work, my friend.

Mike
