That I understand. SOME people actually do have those allergies. Some people are actually allergic to nuts, or other stuff. HOWEVER the latest "fad" is "food allergies".

GSoM My sister actually DOES have a gluten allergy, she has ended up in the hospital from it. This person that contacted me though has no food allergies. She thinks that eliminating dairy, sugar, gluten, and meat from her diet will help her lose weight.
Can't agree enough. The number of people up here suddenly "suffering" from Celiac disease (gluten intolerance) is laughable. Yes, there are a some folks that have legitimate food allergies, but like you said, this food sensitivity seems to be the latest fad.
