Can be accomplished indoors as well, however THIS looks/sounds SO yummy!

For me Chicago "is home." I was born and raised there, but moved to St. Louis in 2011. I still get back up there pretty often and still have access to the apartment I lived in up there. And I don't even know where I'm going to go camping, might just go inna woods some where lol!
 
I haven't made THAT version of it. However from the cheeses he picked it will be yummy. I usually use those two as well, although I also add in havarti and either a smoked mozzerella or a smoked gouda and vermont yellow sharp cheddar. I also don't prefer my toast that crispy, I like it crisped on one side not the inside because the cheese runs out of the sandwich if you crisp the inside.

To most people it really does, and when people think of Chicago they dislike it, but it's still home to me.

Me and JerryD headin out to Ethans tomorrow. I finised up the sheath and lanyard on the hawk I was working on and got the brassback all shined up. To lazy to take pics of it all though. Should be a good time. Looks like the wheather is going to be about perfect. Seems to be a lot of new folks showin up this time. Ought to be a lot of fun, I'll try to get some pics for you all.
 
Have fun Todd, I'm sorry I'm gonna miss this one. However the plan for the fall is in place (as long as the Gathering is)... I'll see ya'll in just a couple weeks in Atlanta though!

Can't wait to see that Brassback!
 
That reminds me... I probably ought to charge up the camera. I rarely get it out anymore and just use my phone.
