Good morning bud!!

I learned something new.... Corn is a fruit.

The following are technically fruits: avocado, beans, peapods, corn kernels, cucumbers, grains, nuts, olives peppers, pumpkin, squash, sunflower seeds and tomatoes.

I must not be up to speed on what defines a fruit.

Whats on everyones agenda for the day? If the sun comes out and dries up my grass some I'm going to mow for the first time of the year. I'll probably get the central air unit thats outside sprayed out really well and give it a test run. I should call the place that installed it and have them come give it a once over before we leave town for the weekend too. Its supposed to get into the 80's this weekend and I want to make sure we don't come home to cooked cats.

Moving sucks!! The next time I move will quite possibly be the last time I move until I'm elderly. I'm planning on buying a house in 2-4 years. I have however been thinking lately about possibly moving west or south, but I'm not sure that I want to move too far away from my parents. My dad will be 77 this summer and my mom will turn 69 this fall. I'd like to be around to help them out as much as possible when they need it.

Yes it does. We'd like a place in the country with a few acres around us, but if that doesn't work I wouldn't mind staying right here until I either croak or they put me in a home. If we do move again, I'm strongly considering just burning the place to the ground and starting over from scratch.

Moving does suck. Two things that made it way easier: 1. taking a whole week off and only doing one or two runs a day and a hand truck. Even for the small stuff you load that thing up with a stack of boxes and what would have taken half an hour is unloaded in 10 minuets.

The next time I move will likely be out of state. Either back to Oregon or maybe some place else. If that happens I'll strip down to bare essentials again. Sell or give away all the furniture and anything else I don't mind parting with.

Thats what I'd like too. A place maybe 5-10 miles from town and no pesky neighbors. I definitely won't be staying where I'm at for a hell of a lot longer than a few more years. This place has just gotten too small and the new neighbors really suck. I'd really like a 2-3 stall garage too, but I can't have that here.

If you burn it, make sure to invite everyone for a weenie roast!

The good thing I have going for when I do move, is that I have access to a semi and a 48' van trailer or three Uhaul type trucks with 24' boxes and hydraulic lifts. When my gf's mom passed away I used one of the boss's trucks and I hauled everything that I needed to in one trip instead of 4 or 5.
