Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. Above all, enjoy the show. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)
On this day in history... August 29-30, 1862
The Second Battle of Bull Run. To the Confederacy it was known as The Battle of Second Manassas. I did not realize until now they were the same battle. The Union tended to name battles for the location, Bull Run Creek, the Confederacy named the battles for the nearest town or settlement, in this case Manassas Junction, a strategically important railroad location. The Commanding General for the Union was Maj. Gen John Pope with about 77,000 troups. For the Confederacy was Gen. Robert E Lee with 50,000 troops. There were 6 other Major Generals present for the Union and 3 for the Confederacy making a total of 11 Generals.

How many Generals can we post for our show this week?
I know Buck did do some Civil War themed knives, now would be a good time to share some of those also.
First up from me. The August BOTM 120 General with Ironwood handles. Surely a bunch of these hit forum members mailboxes this past week, I would love to see all of your handles.
