Hi All, Happy SPS great show as always! Thank you Roger for taking the time to do this for us each week. Also, thank you to each of you who post to the shows!

This week I have a new 591 to show, been wanting a nice bolster activated knife for years and Bucks new version is a great knife. The new magnetic boxes were used a few years ago on the MR. Crappie knife. The magnetic box comes in a sleeve.

pjsjr pjsjr , your 639 is a beautiful mix of traditional and military/conventional design. Was it something Buck offered or a custom from Remer or another?

The 639 was sold as the Fieldmate, here's the "plain Jane" version. The 639 is often referred to as the mini Bushmaster due to it's resemblance to the Buck 184 Bushmaster.

The older 600 series was basically a Kraton handled version of Series 100 knives. The Kraton handles had their issues so that line was discontinued, I would absolutely love it if Buck came out with an updated version of the 639 with a Micarta handle and S35V blade... drool.

And this is the 619 Woodsmate, you can see the family resemblance to the 119.

Our first show of the Spring season is going well, thanks to everyone who contributed. Here is one more, I posted this one before.

A model 185 BuckMaster LT. Same blade as the 184 BuckMaster but with a skeletonized rubber coated handle. 6,000 of these were made from 1986-1989. Not my normal cup of tea but I drove a long way with money burning a hole in my pocket and the price was right.

I have shown these before. On the left is the Phrobis 9010 MFK, on the right is one of several blades that I found, unmarked. I'm sure Buck produced both blades, however the one on the left is OEM, one the right I had Lan-Cay put the handle on. Both handles are the same as the M9's

*** I just realized this show was my 10th anniversary on the Buck forum. March 21, 2011 to March 21, 2021 ***

What a great way to celebrate it.
Doesn't seem like all that long ago I was a newbee here.
I guess time goes fast when you are having fun.
As usual, hope to see you all again next week.

Spoiler alert.... next week I have a pair of 'little ones' I want to show off.

I guess I'm not done, reviewing the show something caught my eye.
@DOGPOUND77 In post #39, last image on the left, you show a 103 with what looks to be a gold image on the blade.
I can't make it out, what is it?
