The TRADITIONAL sunday picture show!!!!

Today, I tried out Rick's cider vinegar patina method on a GEC #53 "Yellow Rose". I dig the results.

Nice job! The contrast between the bright yellow bone and the dark gray steel looks great.

Thanks a lot, man. I've used your patina method on a couple of GECs and they both turned out great. Not quite the black coloration you got to but still pretty sweet, in my opinion :thumbup::thumbup:
 
Have I said this already? I don't remember, but if so it bears repeating: Nice knife and nice photograph!
