Stelth, whats the story on that pencil holder? It is an interesting little trinket

It's a General's Brand pencil holder that I cut down so it fits in my shirt pocket. It was originally about 4 inches longer. When I carry it I put the pencil in backwards so it doesn't leave lead marks in my pocket.
