That shot really shows off the quality of construction and finish on the GEC 62. But I'm unashamedly biased as I own the same knife :cool: There's a good deal of controversy at the moment (rightly) in connexion with GEC's latest choice of shield for the 38....but that Oakleaf shield is not only quality in execution but quality in taste:thumbsup:

Recently, in another thread I described the Easy Pocket Congress as "pocket cutlery excellence" and of course that still holds true. Crazy thing was, each variation was of equal quality and available for the choosing. :cool: I appreciated all the 62s, including the blue and ripe banana camel bones, the two micartas and the ironwood. Seems back then, ones budget was the only limiting factor. A lot sure has changed in only one year! :rolleyes:
