The ultimate kit is coming...

0k so kit has been on for sale for a little bit now, who has bought one & can do a review of it. Thought it might be a good idea.
 
(Rat) isn't shipping them out yet. From their website, the estimated ship date will be 11/22.

Better get my order in. Hope they made enough.
 
Knives for the kits are coming in today (I think) and I will be sending out all orders to date in the morning (11-20) so we were pretty close on the date for once. I sent out a couple a while back without knives before we set it up to only sell with knives. SO there are a couple out there in the U.S. and in Colombia. Let us know what you think when they get there. Mike
 
Already grabbing bits and prices to load it up with. Thinking about focusing heavily on wood collection/ fire starting. Probably toss a filter straw in there too. Endless possibilities really.
 
I have to say this is the best survival pouch idea I've seen yet. Wish I would have been the one to think of it!

As awesome as this product is, I can wait a few more days. Just sew a spandex insert into mine, I'm going to use those days to buy more gear for inside it. :)
 
Jeff, the only question I have is with the retention chord that holds the knife in. I do not have one in hand to examine. Not trying to be an ass just wonding why that style to secure the knife. I trust you guys to make great gear so I wonding what prompted that design & it is easy to replace if it becomes worn or damaged.

OK, so I got one in today....I know a guy who knows a guy..... But anyway, this thing is super nice. Quality is right up there with anything I've seen as far as soft goods goes. There are a ton of pockets and nooks and crannies to store stuff. The sheath portion is so simple it's freaking genius!

Nothing but good things to say about it. I worked 12 hours today so I didn't get much time to really play with it or take pics but expect a full pictorial writeup ASAP.
 
For those of you who are gonna write a review....cant you make a new thread just for the review, so it dosent get lost in this thread?
