The ultimate kit is coming...

Just found my christmas present. A stand alone wilderness survival kit for when ur separated from ur larger pack. would have perferred the ESEE insignia but what a great idea and functional kooolness. How am I gonna afford this after 2 RC knives and a maxpedition pack in the last month and a half....I must have it!

That is a great kit, but it is too big for me. I would like to see something similar, but with an Izula or RC3 in it. If possible, design it in a way that allows for both knives to be used interchangeably.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, only to give you something else to think about. I would for sure buy at least couple of the kits.

Jeff and Mike, It is absolutely amazing how you can sell this at that price point...This is a lot of BANG FOR THE BUCK......All I know is I will have to find a way to hide the credit card bill from the wife...Again thanks guys.....Drew

Jeff said in an earlier post that if you are willing to pay for it they'll ship it wherever, but I'd contact RAT Cutlery directly and ask. No sense worrying about it, they'll figure it out.

The reason we put no international shipments is price varies from one country to the next. If we don't put this on there and someone orders it who lives in a far away land, then it doesn't show up any shipping charges. If someone is international and wants to order something we will indeed ship it as long as they will pay the Express Mail International rates and as long as they understand that we will NOT be responsible for any package after we send you the tracking number.

And trust me, if we didn't put "no international shipments" on the description and tried to explain what I just said above, there would be a lot of of people that just wouldn't get it or simply refuse to follow the rules. I can guarantee you that there will be some overseas people click the paypal button anyway and I'll have to refund their money.

There you go!

Great. I am there. I'll pick one up next week.

Now w/c one? RC-5 or RC-6? Decisions, decisions...

NICE, I've been building up my survival kit items, but hadn't chosen a carry case yet. I'm sure glad I waited.

Best, Les.

Exactly! I've got to move my PSK from the Maxped FR-1 it's in to the RAT Pack.

What am I going to do with that FR-1? :D
