To me a bladeforums knife is a large production company doing a limited release\exclusive thing.

Caveat... I have no idea if the above is true. Never even looked into the bladeforums knives.

But I cannot figure how CPK doing a limited release\exclusive thing for BF makes any sense.

Thanks, boss, knew that was the case, figured it just needed to be out there before this idea went too far off the rails. I don't see a $250 to $400 CPK forum knife gaining much traction with the masses outside of this sub, not even if it got a double dose of unicorn horn in the scales and a freshly shorn minotaur scrotum sheath to carry it in. However, just in case, I did talk to Casinostocks , and he said, if he can use Lorien's new Ti sword, he'd trim all those nutsacks personally, so, its not impossible.

Edit - Lorien, what is your intended use of the jimping behind the guard/below the front scale screw? I cant recall seeing that treatment before in other knives and was wondering how you see it being used to take advantage of it being added there? I know you usually have a reason.

As 1 of 2 people on the forum who has every annual knife we’ve put out since the first one back in ‘06 I feel obligated to continue the story of our annual knife if we have one this year.
