Although I didn't want to buy an #85. those Beaver Tails are the best of the bunch as far as I'm concerned. They actually do look a lot like a Beaver Tail, and that's so cool.

I didn't think I wanted one of these when they were immediately announced, but the Banana shield and rotten bone has spoken to me. Unfortunately it looks like I won't be able to get one though.

Just pulled my 85 Brazilian Cherry Beavertail out of the tube and oh my what a beauty !!

Wow this just might be my new favorite .It feels so good in hand and the walk and talk is phenomenal and she’s pinchable .
Not the best lighting I guess that’s what happens when your working 11 + hour shifts lol more often then not lol

Thanks the etching does compliment this one and I have to admit wasn’t to fond of the etch in pictures but after seeing it in person I like it .
Yes Barry sent me a nice one the fit and finish is excellent . Pinchable But very snappy walk and talk

Mine arrived yesterday and I REALLY like this one, I liked the Brazilian Cherry before but even more with the dark brown/black "torch" like effect it has in this release

Very nice Paul !
I agree the torched Cherry is a nice touch and reminds me a little of the beer barrel oak but not as extreme .
They have a nice feel in hand to .
I just might have to pull mine out of the safe and wipe the factory oil off for a carry this 4 day weekend

Thanks Del, I am a bit redundant I just like how it highlights the covers of the knives I carry and gives the viewer an idea of the size of the knife. A very Happy Thanksgiving to you as well

Thanks as well Factor, I have an employee that can not STAND the feel of wood, like a hammer handle down to a corn dog stick, I tried to pass it off as bone when I handed it to him...didn't work Happy Thanksgiving
