The what did you get for Christmas thread!

I bought me a TADgear ranger hoodie in MEgreen and a Spectre in UEgray. Also bought a Kifaru 8 man with large stove but it will be a late Christmas present since I just ordered it, 8 week wait here I start.

Girlfriend told me she got me the Golite 3 nest, so I would not buy it for myself and a new spot (version 2) so I could go out by myself and have her not be as worried. I knew for the last year that she really does not like the outdoors much but she put up with it pretty well.... she told me camping should have a cabin not a tent, guess she will not like the 8 man either, but will it be great on the week long outtings.

I'm easy and don't like to shop so I am just going to give her money and let her do her thing with the friends. Got my daughter (almost 4) a Specialized hotrock 16 in pink, some dolls, clothes, and books. Got the family a Wii with 4 controllers, numchucks, wheels, and motion plus AND Wii fit plus, wii play and resort, guitar hero world tour (complete band), guitar hero 5 (with guitar), New mario, Mario cart, Metroid trilogy, 2 jumpstart games for the daugher, then a few movies/ blurays. Thought it was funny that every time I went into Bestbuy to buy something it always comes to over $125 so they give me a $25 gift card that I use again for a greater than 125 purchase to keep getting them, scored 4 free cards that I already used and the 5th to use after Christmas on a MP3 player.

I'm just excited to see my daughters face when she gets her bike! Cant wait...... 2.5 days left. Too bad we just got a few more inches of snow, but she will still bundle up and go try it out.

Hmmm, Im intrigued for sure, my fiance bought something that came in the mail, is fairly large, and wont give up what it is for the life of me, Im wondering big time what it is, damn women. :D

Since I bought the gifts for myself I dont waste the time/ moeny wrapping them. And am wearing the ranger now. Ill take photos after I get home tonight and host them....

Cant wait for the 8 man. But man was it expensive with the liners, stove, etc.
 
My wife bought me a new pair of Oakleys at the Duty Free shop at the end of November. I love early Xmas presents (Shame I can't use them for another 4 or 5 months).

J i know alot of people w/ VW's ( i had a bug back in the day) and they are all VW owners for the rest of their lives. They say that is the only brand of car they will drive from now on...so GRATS MUCHO! :D
 
Just ordered a Bark River Golok in carbon fiber. That's my Christmas gift to myself. I give myself the best gifts. :D

I think my wife got me a shirt or something. :rolleyes:
 
It's almost here :D I got the twins a Wii & a load of games & a Vizio 32" LCD HDTV Flatscreen ! I got the wife a truck load of new cloths & shoes. The wife got me (that I know of) a Nikon CoolPix L100 Digi camera w/ carry case & 4g card. I think I might have a condor Nesse & a G.I. desert camo rucksack & a couple of books (cody's 98 deg. & some other bushcraft book) Maybe a ColdSteel Barong machete...My best buddy (crowsniper) gave me a Helle Firecat ! GOD has blessed me !

Got my girlfriend a Fiddleback Karda with pink G10 handles for Christmas.
 
Don't know yet,but I can say that I'm browsing the True North Knives/custom knife section.Whatever I decide,It'll be here by the new year.

My family knows better than to buy me knives.My tastes are to expensive.

Damn, that Busse's huge. I have a custom FT hawk. It's a great hawk for the money. I don't like the tapered handle, though. When mine was made, he only stocked the tapered handle because he primarily makes throwing hawks.
 
Thanks to the damn dog:mad:, I got see that my dad got me one of these cool throw over rain jackets from dick's.

Yeah they are high dollar...but man, they are sweet.

Cant wait for the pics of the Ranger Hoodie, Ive wanted one for awhile. Did TAD do you right? Ive heard mixed things about ordering from them...
