The what did you get for Christmas thread!

Is it a nice slicer ?
I was going to get a stainles steel handled Police, but when I saw the handles they were full of scratches just from pocket carry. Also the grind seemed to be a bit on the thick side.

very nice slicer. This time i opted for the combo edge instead of plain. I tend to cut a lot of rope so i prefer the serrated for that

My lady surprised me with a CS Mini Pal! It's the only knife I had ever lost, and now I have a replacement! Also a frickin' awesome Dremel! Man, does she know me. :p

Dremels are great. 30,000 rpm will cut or grind almost anything!

Between the day before, the day of, and the day after it was a really great Christmas as far as gear goes....

A Swiss Army Soldier's Knife
A Going Gear Badger firesteel and Super Strikers
Two new small striker/knives
a sheath for my larger striker/knife
and a chance to check out another one of Bryan's Megas. Along with the striker knives he sent me a Mega 1-0 to check out with a blade 10 inches long and 5/32 thick, and green canvas micarta handles. It's scary sharp!! I'll post pics of all of it tomorrow.

My awesome Wife funded my trade for my hi point 995+100 $ for a early 80's 336 RC in 35 rem. I finally have a mtn rifle! I can't wait to develop some 35 loads for it(thanks to my father in law). Seeing I paid 75$ for the hi point I'm thinking I won this round :D

I used to have a 336C in .35 Rem. Wish I still had it.

Yep, along with a 30-30 it's one of the really classic deer calibers.

oh, another cool gift i got worth mention on it's own, was given to me by my wife's step dad...
it is 2 small forged knife blades, dating back to Roman--medieval times and 6 small bronze arrow heads, dating back to 600 b.c.... they're really cool... i'll have to take some pics soon...:)

Today my Mum gave me the coolest thing ever - a ticket for the AC DC concert (May 14th,Sofia - Vasil Levski Stadion) !!! :) YEAH !!!

I got some clothes that really needed, some money which will go to paying bills lol, skully snow hat, and a camelback MULE. Other than that kids got everything and I enjoyed seeing their smiles.

Yesterday a friend gave me a late Christmas present. Svea 123 with Optimus cook kit and wind screeen. Doesn't look like it was used. The Svea did not have the windscreen. It all packs away after you remove the burner. It was a surprise. You can't have too many Svea stoves.
