Merry Christmas Everyone!

Here is my guilty x-mas loot:

british 303 enfield rifle
Victorinox Fielder (IDK -its a trekker with a cork screw for a philips)
Mora clipper
Swedish backpacking saw (folds out to a triangle position)
military surplus wool blanket
and an old Imperial scout knife
 
Merry Christmas guys.. sounds like everybody had a good one...:)

as far as loot goes and despite the crazy year, i think we all managed to do pretty well...:o

from everyone together, i got:
-Woolrich Alaskan wool shirt.
-a bulk pack of Remington .22 LR ammo.
-2 really nice kitchen knives.
:a Mac small santoku.
:and a cool Wusthof paring knife.
-a magnet strip for my kitchen knives.
-a Condor molle shotgun scabbard.
-new hat.
-DMZ graphic novel #3
-and a new LS FOX mtn. biking jersey.

I didn't really receive anything outdoor oriented but I helped a friend get his adult son a couple items. He was leaning toward a CRKT knife with AUS4 steel and I got him to substitute a much nicer Griptilian, which his son liked a LOT. Also helped him select a MSR Guardian water filter, which ought to meet his son's needs. I've known his son since birth so it was nice to see him happy with these quality items.

The Christmas dinner was held at a retirement village where my friend's elderly parents live. Nobody thought to bring a knife (Griptilian was still in wrapping paper) so I ended up carving the prime rib with about a 20 year old 4" CS tanto Voyager. I have a custom Murray Carter slicer I could have brought had I been informed of the dinner dish. Damn near killed me to have to carve with a pocket knife while that hand-forged Carter sat at home unused!

Got a Swisstool, which I wanted pretty badly, and a Lodge eared 5 qt. dutch over without the feet for in the kitchen. Next year, hopefully I'll get their Hibachi...
 
Got myself an RC-3, couple Imacasa machetes, a Gerber (Fiskars) 18" Camp Axe, and a new Vic Farmer. Mama got me new Carhartt pants. My lovely Cynthia got me a County Comm Bailout Bag and a LOT of 550 cord. My little brother, who is a potter by trade, made me a pint beer mug with a skull and crossed khukuris on it. The handle is shaped like a khuk handle. 'Tis quite awesome. Good haul for me this year.

On the plus side,My wife did real good on me this year.:cool:

She got me the Play Station 3,a 42" LCD TV & COD Modern Warfare II.:thumbup:
 
well i got 100' of paracord, 4 warriorwipes, maxped velcro pistol mag insert for my Active Shooter Bag, and cash.

so i took said cash and gave it to Jay at Warriors & Wonders, today on boxing day.
