The "Whatever" Thread

Schools out, kids at home fixing to go play in the snow. I haven't measured but they were calling for 3-5" of snow, looks to be at least 3" on the deck rail.

About the same here. We got out for a bit this morning and made snow angles. My son was very disappointed that the snow was "dry" so he couldn't make a decent snow ball to throw at me.

We got some to, also dry, the kids just took hand fulls and throw showers on me ;)

I spent last night with homemade pulled pork sliders, mash potatoes and gravy and a six pack of Woodchuck granny smith cider. Sat down with the wife and watched a movie and turned in early, it was a good night. Today I'm sitting around trying to fix the computer Google chrome keeps messing up with Adobe flash so I have problems running more than one window that uses it at a time.
 
We're getting a heavy dusting of snow and the idiots were out in masses:eek: My normal 10 minute ride home from work was pure torture, spending most of it in second gear unless I had to drop back to first because they had stopped. Almost through my first glass of Knob Creek, things are getting better. Hope everyone stays safe.
 
My job has just been hectic the past couple of weeks. The short days and rain have people driving 10mph below the speed limit everywhere I go and I don't have time for that. Of course they speed up when I try to pass them or force their way in front of me before slowing down. They can't be behind a truck even if it's going 15mph faster than they're willing to go.

Too funny, my wife and I talk about that anytime we are driving a 2-lane! I don't think it's the truck just the idea of loosing the race.
 
Here in Virginia we are about to get hit with a major storm this Friday and Saturday, coming from the south, so it is being called blizzard conditions.

Watching the weather last night. It looks like you may have a whole lot of snow coming your way today.

The next two days should be interesting. We have everything we need at home to not have to drive anywhere till Monday. My son sent a pic last night from the grocery store near him. Looked like there may have been 5 loaves of bread on the shelf.

literally just got a call from my wife and mother in law asking for bread milk and ale 8's to be picked up and delivered on my way home because "there's meant to be more snow coming."
