The "Whatever" Thread

First game is this Saturday!

Nice, I am glad to see that she is back on her feet!

On the order side, I wouldn't jump to conclusions.
-Was the special posted anywhere else, can you post it in the fixed bladed for sale section?
-Have you been able to do any advertising on Facebook or other social site?

I used to look forward to getting up in the morning and check my email for new posts and incoming orders. With the nice weather things have really slowed down, people are doing Spring chores or vacations, so no time for forums. Orders have stopped coming in, none in 10 days, I guess it's a sign of things to come for the upcoming months.

I know my spring chore list is full of crap that needs to be done. This weekend will be pressure washing my house. I got barn swallows starting to build nests in all my corners and I have to remedy that before they get too far along.

You can't do that in the for sale section. I did spend $285 for three months of ad space in Knife Magazine, so I'm hoping that does something. (They are passing out 2000 copies at Blade in June).

I can only speak for myself, but I currently have other priorites. Spring means a lot of outside work for me, on top of my job and planning for a move in a couple months. Work is day to day and there is a strong possibility that I will get laid off soon. I am pretty apprehensive about spending extra money right now, in fact I may be selling some stuff before I move.

afraid I'm tied down fixing Rebecca's car and medical bills, :(

if I get a breather this summer I hope to churn out some handles though

Hey john, did you know the links on your website have gone dead? you can't click on the words to see the designs anymore

Still not sure why I can't find a turkey but I have a good idea why mushrooms aren't as plentiful as normal. They can't
run but they are trying to hide.

congrats Fish. i would like to do a little mushroom foraging this year in VT. i never have. morels look easy enough to recognize. but, with that said, i better be damn sure before i cook 'em up. so. does anyone have any info or links on poisonous, look-alike mushrooms?
