Thickest SAK you would EDC...

The Vic Huntsman,
and I do edc it often,
but now that you bring it up, I do like to carry my 2008 model Vic Soldier ( Mine is stamped for 2011 ). and that is clearly larger than my Huntsman. Love the one hand opening and the fact that I am a lefty and the Soldier favors a left hand closing it make it a fave.

The Explorer Plus is my favorite production model. At 4 layers, at first its a little big in the pocket, but like anything you get used to it and then stop noticing it.

 
Yeti I think most of the 1-3 layer crowd are carrying theirs in pockets, probably not looking for pocket tumors so much.

I don't think it's any indication of their physical stature as much as their lifestyle and the way they can dress while leading it.
