I went to pick up my daughter from school and it was raining, not real hard but well passed sprinkling, and the wind was blowing hard.... I made it 1/4th the way there when the wind snapped a couple of the umbrella arm thingies rendering it useless. I threw it in a dumpster.

Trade you need cold steel to make Umbrellas like that shovel.

I dont use an umbrella when its just sprinkling... But it seems like i buy several umbrellas a year (for the wife and kids as well)... And they always break, this one was a little more expensive because i thought maybe it was just the ones i was buying before because they were like 5-15 bucks... This one was 25... It was used maybe 4 times before it broke. One the wife got last year literally broke the same day we got it because it was windy. Umbrellas suck.

With a van like that, you're guaranteed to get all of the sex. All of it. Mostly the stuff you don't want, but still...

Im on the 7th episode now, boy they are short episodes.... But they do use their weight as the main running joke, but i still think its a good show so far. Lots of laughs.

It's no 2 broke girls though thats for sure.

"This is F....... awesome" -Macklemore. I now have to dig out the photo of my Ford E-150 3/4 ton van that was covered in stickers and that I lived in for a while when I first moved back to NH in the mid-80's. Those vans were great - 12 of us went to Lake Placid in a '75 (?) Dodge Ram van for the pre-Olympic shtuff in '79. And we all fit. And our luggage. 4 adults and 8 kids. That was FUN. I still have some pins from the 1980 Winter Games.

No one sane would utter such blasphemy. Weird, dangerous or "never doing that again" might apply, but never "bad".

Anyway............ I finally found a way to get more work done around here. Usually I'm stuck back in the house from around two when I pick my son up at school till whenever the hell the wife gets home. Usually 8 or 9 pm.

Found a way to work all day!! Just walk by and give him a push every few mins and he's fine!!
Haha. As long as I'm not grinding or using chemicals I think we are good to go!!

Now back to wet forming all this leather!

The standard model for 130 or so might actually be worth it for someone who is outside a lot of the time. I seen a video, but they keep it in the closed up position. I wonder how it would hold up to some abuse while open.
