Think I'll ever find a PM2?

I've answered a few e-mails regarding where I got it already, however, it should be pretty obvious when I say "the store that sells spyderco's".

At least I though it was....

I went back through your posts and couldn't find that. My confusion was that I went to The Store that sells Knives and I thought you said you had as well.

Oh well! Added myself to several other email notifications as well.
 
OP, persistence and time will get you a Para2. I learned this.
And yet now, I need someone to tell me the same thing...

Waited 4 months for my black-on-black Para2. It was worth the wait.
I keep checking assorted sites and lucked into a brown/S35VN sprint for a fair price at a nice shoppe last month.

But now I'm hooked on them. I need a blue one and an orange one and and and ...
Anyone know about Para2 sprint runs or dealer exclusives that will become available to buy or pre-order during 2013? Or 2014? Please? Pretty please?
I do look on the exchange here regularly, but not many sellers seem willing to ship outside the CONUS, and besides all Para2s seem to be bought very quickly.
 
I had 2 and sold them just before the shortage started. Oh boy am I regretting getting rid of them. I sold them for a steal as well. Now I can`t find one, and I`ve been waiting for the green one for over a year now.
 
One of the main sites has has the brown in stock right now, might want to hustle though. starts with gp and ends with knives. lol

..I received the e-mail they had a few in stock and by the time I called customer service at GP they were gone. This is becoming an experience in frustration. Time to move on and check out offerings from another manufacturer.
 
I received the e-mail as well, and they were gone by the time I called.
But I left my name and they called me the next day and said a brown one turned up so I snagged it
for under $150 delivered.
It arrived a few days later and I could not be any more happy as its my first Para.

Methinks you should at least leave enough money in your budget for one when they become a more steadily stocked item. Don't give up completely!
 
I got on the notification list for the store that sells spyderco knives, but I was determined and kept searching. I ended up finding a site that had limited stock of several PM2 models for about 1/4 less than they are selling on the auction sites. I finally got my order in and took the last one in camo! Word is that it will take 4 months to fill in the current demand, with some trickling into the market very slowly. Good luck to the rest of you guys!
 
I really am taking my pm2 for granted. I had no idea that they were so hard to find until I went to look for the black/black combo. I have the black/digi already and I want more.
 
As of 2:57 EDT, the headquarters that sells blades has brown sprint runs in stock. Act quickly!
