This is what Gallant, Alabama looks like today

DANG! WTF? Havent had any snow on the ground in weeks here in N. Idaho.... Havent had much winter at all this year or last...

That's becasue all that shit is down here. Al Gore Global Warming!

The pictures of that cabin with 9 feet of snow on it were downright wrong!!! I think THE ONLY reason that I'm still living in California is the weather. Not that we have bad blade laws but we do have VERY limiting firearms laws that totally suck! So I'm going to brag about my 65 degree day today and even better sunny 70 degree day tomorrow!:D

Oh yeah, I saw an interview with a global warming guy the other day, he said the super cold winters that are going on and massive snow falls are global warming! He tried to say that it's both, warmer drier weather and colder wetter weather!!! Those people just can't admit when they're wrong...

We've got that brown snow filled with trash on the side of every street here. I've seen some Christmas trees starting to pop through the mounds though, so it's melting.

Potholes are a bitch to.

After Tony's post, I just realized how much smarter I am than all those idiots that live way north of me. Thanks for the post, Tony. I will continue to bitch but do it knowing I'm a lot wiser than a lot of folks :D

you've got a point there

Yeah, hoping to get rid of some of the 6 feet of snow around my house. Woke up this morning and it was 9 below, gotta love winter!

Some great snow pics on here.

Saw some snow today myself.

Of course it was in the 60's where I was. :D

My sister lived in Orangevale, and that is a nice view.

We still have snow on Mount Wilson down here in SoCal.

Great shot of the Sierra's! I'm just south of you down in Lodi.
Thanks. End of the Sierra and start of the Cascades the last active volcano in California.

Shasta and Lassen were both visible where I was today south of Red Bluff, didn't get a pic of both together though. :o

Just that one of Lassen (and Brokeoff).

Snow is gone. Still sort of cool but that's what good single malt is for on the trail ;)

South of Red Bluff. Sounds like Corning or Chico? I can see Shasta from both my house and shop yard. I love it. I'm hoping to do a climb on it this year. You see the Butte Moutains while up here? If you took I5 up, you passed me.

I'm in the Bay a few times a month. Through Fairfeild as fast as I can. It seems to be a great place for parking lot freeways and CHP bike ticket cops hiding in the shadows of the overpasses.

I was visiting Vina. Came up 65 to 70 to 99. Luckily I didn't get to see any CHP too close. :D
