Thanks. My legs sure feel dead. Actually, I woke up quite sick this morning. Wife had it all day yesterday.Welcome back warrior, glad you're alive!
Hasn't made it to -30 yet, but it is -20 right now. Damn door on the truck didn't want to stay latched tonight, so I had a ton of the cold air coming in.
egad, man!
It's headed for us too, but it's predicted to be that far *above* zero... after it was in the 40's yesterday.
Morning, Snarkles. Got up early on my free day off!
I thought she wasn't due for another month?
I prefer seasons, honestly. I have relatives in Texas and New Mexico that are always asking me to move down there, but I'd miss cold and snow too much.
New Mexico has seasons and snow. The northern half, anyway.
Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos all have credible downhill ski areas.
Remember the base altitude of the high desert starts around 5000ft and goes UP from there. SF and LA are at about 7000ft.
I don't have anything that could be used to force a patina on my BK-16 at home. Damn, looks like I'll have to pick up some vinegar... might get some pizza while I'm out anyways.
