Thrifty Thursday... Cheap Traditional Knives

Does Rough Rider make a moose pattern or muskrat pattern? I like a version with one or two Turkish style clip blades. Just looked they have the moose pattern, but they also have the muskrat with the blades I like. Carbon or stainless?

Yes, they have a couple Moose.
This is the one I have.
I don't know if this one is still in production (black G-10, Ti coated T10 carbon steel blades) personally, I like the extra belly on the "Spey"/ skinner blade. I carry this one the most often.

I know they have one same size, shape and blade profiles, with G10 covers and bolsters. Might have 440A blades though.

I'm not sure if they currently have any standard equal end cigar Moose in production.

(Discontinued "RIDERS OF THE SILVER SCREEN" series. There were 5 in this series. I see one for sale sometimes at at couple others sites besides the big auction site.)
Good luck in your search.
Based on the 5 I have (4 are the Riders of the Silver Screen series) they are not fragile toys, but serious work knves.
None of mine have wiggly wobblie blades, or other low quality issues.
All took and hold a nice keen 10° per side (20° inclusive) edge with no microbevel.

I finally found and ordered the Desert Fox Muskrat that has 440 clip blades in orange black micarta, along with a Browning Barlow in brown micarta.
