Cannon is the name of the maker (or at least the seller). When I bought a set of 3 Cannon "sailor knives" in 2018, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the knives, since the set of 3 was under $12. (I was certainly attracted to the knives by the resemblance of their shields to that of the Otter Ankermesser.)
