Well here are some images of the upcoming Ti JYD II with SG2 steel. There will be 1000 of these produced. MSRP $240. Model # is 1725SG2. We will be delivering this month. This baby flips like a rocket!

v99, for now, we're just trying to get this one out, we will have to see about a smaller version.

Man, I just bought another ENER-G for entry into my EDC, since the first one I got is a "gun safe keeper"!

Any chance of tapping the new JYD II for tip up carry before they hit the production run?

SPXT, sorry, the handles are all done, so no on the tip up/down. The clip doesn't accommodate for the tip up carry as well.

Nice pick up on the 2nd Ener-g btw.

I would also like to see a smaller version. I just got the JYD and love it. We are only allowed 3 inch blades at work and I do buy to use not collect. Although my collection is growing. :D

CRAP! It seems like every other week there's a new and more awesome version of an outstanding knife. :mad: How am I supposed to pay for all this!?!?

Yup, ordered it today. It took me a week to decide between it or the Groove. It should be in the big brown truck as we speak, and here tomorrow, with a new pack of Band-Aids!

BTW, in speaking with TAD, I hear you're going to do a new line for them in the near future based on the ZT...care to share any info on this? Inquiring minds (and wallets) want to know!
 
Thomas - very handsome knife indeed. I'm curious about the grind ... was there a particular reason, SG-2/laminate perhaps, that dictated changing from the high flat grind of the regular model?

Very sweet. Since I just got 3 more DAM Leeks (I know I promised pics, they're coming)
I'm gonna have to hustle to save some clams for that thing.
Looks so freakin' cool.

How do you get all them little holes in there? :)
