We did inverted rappels in the ESEE SAR class. Easier to do on an 8 than a full rack, the latter being what we were using this past weekend.

I got the itch to go fishing this morning, so I hit the lake before sunrise

Started my morning with one of these


And then I caught 10 of these



I kept those 5 and threw 5 smaller ones back. I got a couple northern pike mixed in there too, but they all went back in the drink.

Then I headed home

Was 35 minutes late picking my kids up from school today.... Im never late getting them... I just lost track of time working honestly.... When the lady in the office asked what held me up i told her i had 50 people with sharp knives rushing me to finish a job... I didnt think that answer out very well.... Now Im currently waiting for the SWAT team to show up LMAO

Thanks fellas. I had a lot of fun and it was beautiful out today too. It has been between 40 and 50 degrees all day. I'm contemplating going out again in the morning, but the ice near the shore is getting kinda sketchy. I really would love another good day of fishing......will have to see what the morning brings.
