Thanks man! If you look closely, it's a working knife. Only polished down enough to remove the smaller scratches. Still see some of the deeper ones but who cares right?
 
Yes, it does look nice and as a user you're right - you're just going to put more scratches in it :-) The ghost jade handles are growing on me. Are they kind of translucent?

^ I'm in full agreement.

Very, very nice working knife! I don't know what your plans are to maintain that shine, but I think it is almost therapeutic to make a knife pretty again after a full day's work.

The Ghost Jade is more opaque than translucent and has a smooth slightly textured feel to it. I believe someone on the forums here made them for Guy.

I ordered a 4.1 factory 2nd on 4/29 and still haven't gotten a shipment confirmation. Anyone else gotten their 4/29 order?

The wait is hard! Hang in there. It is most definitely worth it. A guy in the previous page said he got his shipping notification and he ordered on the 29th. Yours has got to be coming soon. Ellie did post on the previous page that some 4.1's are still being sharpened, but she thought the last would go out next week. Keep us posted!

I ordered on 4/29 and it was at my door on 6/19. They might be getting the 1st out the door first?
 
Ordered a 4.1 2nd 4-29 less than 5 minutes after the email went out. It arrived last night. No pics yet, but received the shipping notice and the knife arrived 3 days later. It is awesome, and I can't be more excited to use it.

It should be coming any day now. I also ordered on 4/29 10 minutes after they posted them and got it last Saturday but I'm also right next door in Washington. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or just the order in which the orders were placed. It's worth the wait like others have mentioned. Truly an excellent knife.

bladeninja, that mirrored ghost jade is freakin amazing. Geez, that is such a phenomenal looking knife. Probably one of the best looking ones I've seen.
