Titanium Frame lock WIP and introduction

I have the utmost respect for someone that can produce folders at such a high level of fit and finish. I would really like to have one of these but funds are limited to supplies for the knives I'm currently making. Dang it!!

thank you for all your kind comments, i really appreciate it!

Hi Dalibor

Still looking great but I think I prefer the stone washed myself.

The clip also is a very interesting design, much better than your 1st prototypes, but for people like me who prefer not to use clips all the time will you supply a screw to fit the clip hole and a shorter screw for the frame hole?

Wow! Looking great! Your orange peel looks slick. I think the "War Horse" has a cousin :D both ready to attack a tank! ;)

Lookin' Good, Dabilor. I think the orange peel looks cool too. The OP should make the knife easier to hold too.

i did it using wire cup brushes at high speed, i always polish Ti before any surface treatment for better result..

I'm really liking the .200 Ti on the frame. I think the .200 and .160 versions are a nice mix. The .160 makes the blade look thicker. Both are awesome!

I know most of us looking for a HD ti folder would like to have either the .160 or the .200, we probably wouldn't care.

after HT , i polish the blade , than i dunk it in ferric chloride for 3~5mins and than stone wash it.
it's the Jake Hoback finish :D

ok, today i finished one..just need to etch it and put the final edge tomorrow and that's it..
here's a few pics:

Wow. Thank looks like a serious, and seriously nice, hunk of beef.
How long did you say the blade is?
Are you making 3?

blade from center of pivot to tip is 4.5" , sharpened part is 3,6"
i'm making 3 , gonna finish up the second one tomorrow :)

The knife looks Fantastic! You did a great job, Dabilor! Whoever is getting that knife must be stoked!
