btw. got my standoffs today! hope to get belts tomorrow so i can begin with the blades ;)

it was supposed to look like the second knife..but i screwed it up...and than i just put that first knife from my head without any blueprints..

still didn't get new belts, so i just did the blade shape today and cut the screws to proper length..

got the belts today..i profiled one blade and clips..
i'm gonna profile the rest in the next 2 days :)

these are grinded with 80 grit , i have to order belts from 60 to 120 from one firm and from 220 to 600 in another lol...i should get my fine belts on Friday and complete these blades!

knifes are almost complete , i got the detents done , standoffs are fitted i only have to wait for my finer grit belts to polish the blades..than HT..

I'm about to overnight express you some belts so I can get my knife ;). They look fantastic!
 
i'm sorry you have to wait..
i had to get my belts last Friday but they didn't arrive..once i get the belts i need 2 or 3 more days to polish, send to HT, polish again, fit the lock and than ship them out!

won't be long now ;)
 
I've been carrying my Regulus almost daily since I got it.

I'm used to the weight and Love the way it feels in my hand.


BTW My knife is soo much smoother now than it was when I got it(May 6). I really like this knife A Lot!!

I didn't think a blade that's .220 thick would slice a tomato without smashing it.

I sliced 4 slices of tomato without a problem. It slices great for as thick as the blade is.

No not thick slices but thin for this blade(.25). I probably could have sliced them a little thinner if I tried.
