What are some nice titanium handle folders that I may not know about, (I'm love titanium handles)
I already know about skirmish, sebenzas (of course), striders and Hind. Most of us probably do.

But what are some other great titanium handle folders I may not be aware of?

Lionsteel SR-1

Wow lot's of nice ones so far guys! Lion steel makes so many nice pieces... wouldn't mind having one

Boker Haddock, Spyderco Chokwe, Spyderco Sage 2, Burke Pro Rockstar, Three Sisters Forge Beast, Bradley Alias too name a few that I personally own.
Many custom makers make excellent framelocks, however You will oftentimes have to pay quite a bit for them.

Of all my production framelocks, the Best have been by Chris Reeve, but a very close second is te Burke Pro Rockstar, would highly recommend looking into, a great value for a custom level knife.

Of my small custom collection, I would recommend looking into Darrel Ralph, good value for some very high quality and unique design customs.

His DDR flipper designs have caught my eye many times. Nice looking pieces.

Here are the, L-R, BM 630 Skirmish, BM 760BK LFTi, BM 635BK mini-Skirmish, Kershaw JYDII Ti/SG2, and Buck 560XLT. Only the 760 is currently available new.

Here are, top left CW, BM 755 MPR, ZT-0301, Boker Haddock, and BM 795 Subrosa. The Subrosa is assisted opening and all Ti - the others are combination G10/Ti.

The ZT-0301, CRK, and - if you look hard - the Buck 172 can still be found new.

Here's the CRKT S-2. It was a very expensive knife...$25 at SMKW, including shipping. Titanium handle and a quality ATS-34 blade. I bought seven of them and wish I'd bought more.

It's knives like this that remind me of that old National Lampoon's Vacation line, where Cousin Eddie says, "I don't know why they call it Hamburger Helper when it tastes so good all by itself!"

This is called the "Poor Man's Sebenza," and it's a name that sticks for a reason.

Stainz,
your pics have motivated me to take some pics tomorrow of my titaniums, esp. since I too have the buck 560 ti handle.
Mine is the "crystal" version with flecks in the finish (could be how it was polished) AND IT WAS CONVERTED TO AUTO !!!

Confedertate,
I have an S-2 also, but the medium one. the clip and thumb stud dont work as well with the smaller ones (too rough and catches in pocket), so i removed them and now its the sleekest "in pocket titanium framelock gentlemans knife" ever made in Taiwan!
But I had to pay $50 for a mint example with box on the resale market. That $25 deal for your large one is unheard of! I bet it wasnt recently. I would of bought 10 myself.

Man I got to get those pics up tomorrow.

Tim616,

Good luck finding a good 560 XLT. I wouldn't bother - it's my least favorite Buck. Mine, like several others I've seen, is not smooth to open - and very hard to unlock. The sides are secured by rivets - the pivot is a rivet. I cannot detect a washer on either side of the 110 blade, perhaps the reason it feels like it is galling when it opens. It was cheap - on closeout. A $27 110 from WallyWorld is so much finer... and has the same blade.

Nostimos,

How/why did you 'auto' a Buck 560? Must have required one heck of a spring!

The Buck 172 Mayo TNT is a little gem. The BM 630 Skirmish is a 'hoss' - and still a favorite. The JYDII Ti/SG2 - especially the $89 'blem' - was a bargain. My favorite currently available Ti handle, value-wise, would be the BM 790 Subrosa - if it just wasn't assisted. The CRK 'zaan is a work of art - that works!
