Inlays are probably fine. I would even consider a knife like the ZT 0393 or 0392 to meet the criteria while a Hinderer with it's full G10 - or other material - slab covering a thin piece of metal would not. Obviously, if you're lucky enough to have purchased a full titanium handle for your Hinderer, post away.

Really, though, the intent of this thread was truly FULL titanium framelock folders. No other additives at all.
