Now we're gonna have to deal with Moose around here all day?

Sorry to hear about the job. Regardless of the situation, it sucks to have the sprung on you. I've been fired and it's a crappy feeling. The last one, I knew it was because I was presenting ideas to fix problems the boss didn't want to acknowledge existed. I still felt at fault, but the boss ended up getting fired a couple months down the road, too.
 
Warrior, Just noticed your situation as well....damn dude hate it for both you guys...good luck finding something quickly!

Somewhat. I got a text late yesterday from the CEO of the company I used to work for (:D), telling me we "need to talk...." and he wouldn't say anything else about it. I knew something was up. Didn't expect to get smoked and rolled, but hey, its bittersweet, I'm not worrying about it, I'll find a job, and hopefully one that will allow me to have more free time and less bullshit.

I missed this post, Nate. I've been fired before, trust me, I don't feel crappy. I feel good, got alot of weight off my shoulders. My youngest daughter asked me this morning, as I was helping her get ready for school, "Daddy, why are you so happy?"

You know you've been under alot of stress when your 7yr old daughter can see the difference in your attitude. All it took was a little firing. :D

We'll see how much my severance package is, that might be an option. And what do you mean my kayak won't be fast enough? I planned on just lashing mine to Biscuits, let him work for it. :D

LMAO, that would be something. I was talking to the Might Biscuit this morning, and he was telling me my Tarpon wouldn't be fast enough to make the LBTL trip, so, I'm still down, but do you have a faster boat I can borrow?
