Looks like I'm finally getting my refund after chronic bitching at buy.com....I'm by far not a complainer, but after getting the run around by two customer service reps and being put on hold for an hour to be told to "call back" I got a little pissed...got this in the email this afternoon...guess I'll believe it when I see it..

The refund was held up because it appears there was a dispute done with them and once this happens it is not as easy to refund. We reached out to our accounting department and this should be issued soon.

I responded telling him that my criticism of the company was not an attempt of getting something for free..and if he was really sending me my order than I would gladly pay for the goods at the agreed price...but Alas, I can't seem to get the order number to pull up in their tracking service...So I guess we will see....
