Today is a day!! (Sobriety)

Another friend of Bill's chiming in. While hospitalized for something else I discovered I was physically addicted, WOW, alc withdrawal is a real thing!

For anyone trying to go it alone, AA is a great help and the fellowship I've found there is beyond any I've found in any church. There are those who have to be beyond anonymous such as professional pilots. Maybe online with your camera off would work?

Keep coming back, it works if you work it!

January 2nd will make one year, since I had a cigarette and 7 years clean and sober!

11 years. Still chugging along. Clean and sober. It's been a ride.

I post, not to celebrate my milestone but to give hope to those who need it. It can happen, we do recover.

Still have my ten year chip here, although I put some orange scales on it. Much better.
