Looks like a Camillus to me. It does not have the BK-10 stamp on the back like the Kabars do.

I did not get a chance to try the Chimay Blue yet, perhaps tonight with some Cajun food. So far, I like the Westmalle best then the Chimay Triple. After I try the Delirium Tremens, my small sampling of Belgian beers will be gone and I'll have to see if another store has a bigger selection.
