Bk-2, ESEE-5...

I already have the king, 5, &7. I don't NEED a 2. I don't think. I really don't need both the BK2 and E5.

I know I'm getting the 10 & 12. Those aren't being figured into this.

RBK in the Exchange too...

I wants it.

If I were going to get a non-Springfield gun, I'd probably go with the S&W M&P Shield or a Walther PPS, or a Sig P226. Those are the handguns on my short list. However, I'm looking at long guns now, and those not for a while.

You looking at a carry type gun or a fun shooter? My initial thought is stick with a Sig or S&W. Rugers aren't bad, but I've grown to really dislike their trigger and fit & finish compared to other options that are supposed to be direct competitors.
I went and tried a LC-9 and I liked it. I put about 3boxes through it. So I had an alright idea I think of it. I did pretty good with it too. No laser 15 yards only pulled 2 in the 8 ring.

If you're already planning on the 10 and 12, I'd hold off on the 2 and ESEE 5 and get the gun. I think there is a lot of overlap on those blades, not that there is anything wrong with that, but out of those four, you may end up using or preferring just 1 or 2 so stick with the two you know you're going to get for now.
That was kind of my thought too

The LC9 isn't bad, that's for sure. I find in my own hands an M&P Compact or XD is a lot better and I like the trigger pull a lot more. The Sig P250 2Sum is kind of a nice deal, too. You get the swappable trigger system and a full-size and compact frame. I like the P22* series a little more, but was able to shoot the 250 compact with similar accuracy to the XD Sub-compact and Glock 26. At 7 yards, those typically group in the 9/10 ring for me, with an occasional "what did I do there".

i'll just use my bk2 and slice it in halk if it gets too close! no meteor can withstand the beaast!!

Man, I can't take a really nice picture of my rocks these sheath keep popping in my shot, Bk2 urban camo with an esee attached

So, I am trying to decide between new gun or new knife(s). I have about $550 to blow this check.

Looking at getting a Ruger or a Sig, or a small S&W.

have you seen the price of guns lately!!!!???? was on GB last night and a common G19 was selling for $800 ????

I've got a call into an FFL dealer that runs guns from home so keeps the overhead down, he normally calls right back but this is going on the second day so I'm assuming he's having a hard time obtaining guns atm...

If you can get a gun fairly reasonable they're always nice to have around if you can find ammo for it :) I have the LCP and the LC9 great guns for the price, well made and fairly accurate.. I prefer glocks personally for SD but am a gun nut as well so anything that goes bang and isn't a jamaholic pretty much floats my boat... me likey sig as well but not so much s&w unless its a wheel gun..

ETA: also seen (3) 33rd glock mags selling for $300 !!!! glad I got my own personal stash of hi cap mags!!! and no they're not for sale :D even if I only paid $20ea :p

Saw this over in the W&SS subforum. Last I heard the Becker folder was still doubtful so I'm still putting this out there as the closest thing out there to a Becker folder - bad in black, great steel, built to last, great handle and great price if you know where to look.
