I use it to brown meats and then just put the pan in the oven to finish roasting. You can't do that with non-stick pans. I have two of those here and one more in Kenwood.

I have other pans;)

my friend i work with makes it!! pretty good! hes talkin about makin Scotch!!! aged in a glass jug at least 15 min!!!! i will bring some to Blade!!
